The Cleaning Process
Unlimited Cleaning Services utilizes the 13 solutions with insured and bonded trained technicians, and state of the art equipment to execute Ceiling Pro's quick, un-intrusive, cleaning methods in various settings. The ceiling cleaning process begins by removing all loose soil with brushes and vacuums. |
Then, solution is applied to the surface in a spray or mist form. Through a reaction, the bond is broken between the dirt and the surface. After which, the soil is reduced to milli-micron, which is not visible to the human eye, and then falls to drop cloths, wiped off with sponges or towels, and picked up off the floor in normal vacuuming.
This quiet process will not cause for any business interruptions since it does not cause odors and is not messy. Our cleaning products will not damage carpets, draperies, or walls.

Acoustical Recoat is a scientifically formulated coating that actually restores aged, discolored, or mismatched tiles to their original beauty. Tint Acoustical Recoating can match the tile's existing color, as well as change the color completely if desired.
Acoustical recoating is much less expensive than replacement costs, which includes the cost of new tiles and the cost of disposal of wastes in a land-fill. This system proves to be the smarter method for giving ceilings a professional appearance in comparison to painting or replacement. What are Grid Caps?
The grid caps are geon vinyl/pvc material designed to fit the standard 15/16ths suspended ceiling grid systems, and has a flash point of 391 degrees C (735 F.) and a self ignition temperature of 454 C. (850 F.) The caps simply slide over the current grid work and snaps into place. There is no need for special fittings for where pieces come together. The caps are available as 4-foot lengths in a standard off-white color. Our grid caps also trim wall-moldings, light fixtures, H.V.A.V. vents, soffits, etc...
